    Joel- I think that you had recommended a book called “Why Don’t Zebra’s Get Ulcers?” Would you recommend that book be read for this series of videos or is that not necessary?

    I would recommend reading “why zebras don’t get ulcers” in conjunction with this video series. Honestly I think it is one of the best books I have ever read on any topic.

      I would recommend everyone read why Zebras Don’t Get Ulcers regardless of any video series. It’s one of the best books for general health/fitness/performance and understanding adaptation period.
