This is just a quick note to let everyone know that Verkhoshansky’s final book “Special Strength Training Manual for Coaches” will be available for purchase through this site within the next week. In case you didn’t get the email, I’m going to be one a few distributing the book as soon as it’s available. I’m also going to be including a special bonus downloadable .mp3 for everyone that orders the book through me that will include my thoughts on all the material in the book. There’s a review copy on its way to me now and the final version is being printed so as soon as I’m told when the confirmed ship date will be, I’ll make it available for everyone to order.
