Upcoming MMA Training Blueprint Webinar

The topic that I’ve always received the most questions about has always been how to effectively organize entire training programs – everyone wants to know how to build a weekly training schedule that combines skills training together with strength and conditioning. Well, I’ve decided to put together a 90 minute webinar to answer all the questions and give people a blueprint of how to arrange their weekly training schedules.
