Peak Training & Diet Design Summit Review
A couple weeks ago, my good friend Joe Dowdell sent me an advanced copy of his new product Peak Diet & Training Summit video course that was filmed from their workshop in NY at Joe’s gym last summer. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it out to the workshop back when it happened, so I was looking forward to digging into the workbook, DVDs and everything that was included in the new product.

Altitude Training Camps & MMA Fitness

The value of the physiological effects of living and training at high altitudes has been studied as far back as the mid-1960s, but only in the last few years has it become a popular topic in the realm of combat sports. It’s the middle of a fight, everything’s going well, and before you know it, a fighter “gasses out.” Sometimes he’s saved by the bell, and sometimes he’s even able to defend himself enough to continue and regain his strength. More often than not, however, he’s left defenseless and his opponent takes advantage and ends the fight.
Fundamental Concepts for Exhaustive Programming

Research Review: Energy Systems, Interval Training, & RSA

In recent years, a large number of industry debates have focused on which methods should be employed while training repeated-sprint athletes.
