The best way to answer this question is to invite you to read through the articles and discussion board, I think you'll quickly see what makes my approach to training different than everything else that's out there. I don't believe in the one size fits all approach most other trainers will advocate, and I have specific reasons why I chose the methods that I do. If you ask most other coaches how exactly their methods work or what physiological changes they are trying to accomplish, it's unlikely they'll be able to tell you. The system I have created is based on science, not on marketing hype, and has successfully been used to train many of today's top fighters and athletes from a variety of sports.
