FAQs

Why do you require registration to this site?
I require registration to the site for a few reasons but mostly because I want to build community of like minded people who are tired of the same old recycled training information and want to understand how to take their training to the next level. Requiring registration is the best way to build a community and stay in touch with those who want to be a part of it. I will never spam people who register for the site or sell your contact information, this will be a community you can trust to provide the very latest in cutting-edge training information you can’t find anywhere else.

How can I improve my conditioning?
The simplest answer to this question is to find what’s holding your conditioning back and fix it. As you will come to learn through my articles and discussions, there is no single thing I can recommend to each and every person that will fix all their problems. If you truly want to break through that plateau and get better you have to systematically attack your weaknesses using smart training and and overall plan. Through this website and my upcoming DVDs and books I will show you exactly how to do just that.

Can you design me a program?
At this time the answer is unfortunately no. As someone who runs a full time gym, trains top level and amateur fighters day in and day out, and manages this site I simply do not have the time to offer to write programs. I refuse to offer generic programs just to make a quick buck and I stand behind each and every program I write as being the most effective programs out there so until I can get a system in place to offer that level of service to people outside of those I personally work with, I will not be offering custom program design. You will, however, find many practical ways to improve your own programs and learn new techniques and methods simply by being a member of this community and I encourage everyone who has questions and/or answers to participate in the discussion forum.

What makes your training different?
The best way to answer this question is to invite you to read through the articles and discussion board, I think you’ll quickly see what makes my approach to training different than everything else that’s out there. I don’t believe in the one size fits all approach most other trainers will advocate, and I have specific reasons why I chose the methods that I do. If you ask most other coaches how exactly their methods work or what physiological changes they are trying to accomplish, it’s unlikely they’ll be able to tell you. The system I have created is based on science, not on marketing hype, and has successfully been used to train many of today’s top fighters and athletes from a variety of sports. I have testimonials from so many world class athletes for one simple reason: my methods work, and they work fast.
