Well, today I did my first workout!!! Wow, man!!!! I managed only 30 minute, after first 5 I could hardly breathing... because I didnt exercise for such a long time, unfortunately! I believe tomorrow I will hardly move This is a great cardio!! Join me somebody????!!!
