I'm on a search for a good diet system to fine tune my already clean diet!
That's an important point, as generally speaking my diet is already down, and I search for the edge in nutrition that makes the last bit of difference in achieving your goal!
There are numerous programs out there with which I could see myself succeeding (berardi, dolce, etc...), but there may be some that I don't know of or with which you have experience with.
My questions are simple, and I would appreciate it if you could find time to answer some:
A.)Which diets did you try out already and gave you the best results? (please also add what your goals were)
B.)Basically same as A, but regarding an email consultation style diet (not free)
I got no problems laying down some $ if it gives me the extra edge!
My CONSTANT goal is top performance, CHANGING goals are either gaining weight (between fights) or leaning out for fights!
