hi ive been wondering for awhile if different post workout shakes are nessacery for different types of activity. i either do mma for 2 hrs, mma for 1 and then lift for about 30, or just lift. once in a while i will just do a some running or maybe some sets of push ups while i watch tv not lasting that long. but i always have the same post workout drink regaurdless of what and how much i did. i have 1 cup of oatmeal 2 cups of skim milk a banana and almost one full scoop of protein (not quite full cuz i wanna keep a 4:1 ration carbs to protein)
is that good or should i have a different approach depending on what i do
