i have seen lots of diets out there and i was wondering what you guys thought where the good and bad ones. there are:
1) eat small amounts and regularly. 6 meals a day, lots of brown rice, supps e.c.t.
2) the warrior diet / intermittent fasting
3) keto diets
4) paleo diets
i know this is very vauge but i have looked into alot of diets and i was jsut wondering what the general consensus on this board is on the last specifically. thanks, josh
