2. Are you saying the alactic pathway for power or capacity? Isnt capacity supposed to be able to improve 15-30%. I also feel like the efficiency of movement along with many of the other football techniques and tactics that can be training during sessions that encompass alactic capacity. I still wouldnt do more than 3-4 of season weeks of this.
3. Most of the game is definetly recovery as the average player plays 50-70 plays at the collegiate level over a 3.5 hour time span. The question is what aerobic means to use. I am sure a lot of running in the cardiac output/CPI (CPI is aerobic at the myocardium level and lactic power at the muscular level and this is why it is still considered an aerobic exercise?)/thershold training type of stuff.
How much of a role do things like HRI,HICT and tempo exercises for the slow twitch muscles play because football is not as dependent on aerobic capacity as it is on alactic power in comparison to MMA imo
4. True so the question is to condition for practice or for the game or both?
