just finished the endurance program.

I tested my max pushups last night and that was about 4 days after my last enurance session.

I went from being able to do 33 max pushups with the elbows tucked in, which i know makes it alot harder to being able to do 44 max pushups.

so i was able to do 11 more.

which when first looking does not look like a huge increase but like my dad said that is a 30% increase which i should imagine will have a good affect in my punching enndurance when in the ring.

But where do i go now?

If i did the program again will i get the same kind of benefits and increase even more?

So this is where i am now stuck, do i repeat the process again or do i do other upper body exercise that will have a carry over effect?

How would you measure muscular endurance for the legs? Just do as many body weight squats until failure or you better off using a percentage of your 1 rep max and doing squats until failure??

regular push-ups, although I did them pretty slow, just like in "Tempo" video only 15. The explosive - 21.
