    Thanks for the interview, I enjoyed it. It’s great to see someone who’s a top class fighter that seems to be grounded and layed back. What amino acids does Tim consume?

    This is different than the tempo method in the conditioning book. So which is the right way to do the tempo method ?

      They are two different methods. One is “tempo intervals” and the other is the tempo method of strength training. Tempo intervals are not currently in the book.
